David Lemieux
Principal
David began in the construction industry in the early 1980’s when he was working as a carpenter. David has built hundreds of rental units, homes and condominiums and went on to start his own company in 1998.
D.R. Lemieux Builders has built hundreds of homes over the past 21 years in business and specializes in land development and residential new construction, cost estimating, construction management, commercial construction and building rehabilitation as well as condominium development and management.
Heather Droesch
General Manager
Heather has been in the new construction and land development field since 2002. Building a new home can seem intimidating, but she would be your point of contact through your construction process to completely put you at ease. From home design to interior selections, Heather will be your guide! She also specializes in real estate sales and property management, and currently manages several properties in the Exeter, Newmarket and Rochester areas.
Leo "Skip" Manseau
Site Supervisor
Skip Manseau started his own company in 1975 and incorporated in 1977 which was formed for the sole purpose of building affordable, single family homes in the Seacoast of New Hampshire. He built several subdivisions in Stratham, NH and Newmarket, NH in which the take out financing for homebuyers was provided by New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority. His company owned and operated its own machinery and performed all site work for its subdivisions and home sites. He went on to incorporate again in 1983 and began as a land development company for the purpose of developing single family and multifamily projects. He has since completed over 600 quality homes to include approximately 250 condominium units.
Today he is a member of our team and his function is that of a project manager.
Steven Bostrom
Executive Supervisor
Steve has been in the construction field for over 30 years, with 18 years as a construction superintendent with expertise in design build, extensive knowledge and experience with plan design and modifications, site layouts and lot designs. His experience is in a wide range of all areas of commercial and residential construction.
Bethany Gibbons
Administrator
Bethany has excelled in the administrative and office management fields since 2009 and for the past several years has been focused on construction and property management. She has also become an integral leasing agent within the company.
