David Lemieux
Principal
David Lemieux began his career in the construction industry in the early 1980s, working as a carpenter. Over the decades, he has built hundreds of homes, rental units, and condominiums, and in 1998, he founded D.R. Lemieux Builders, LLC.

For over 25 years, D.R. Lemieux Builders has been a trusted name in land development, residential new construction, and construction management. Our expertise also includes cost estimating, commercial construction, building rehabilitation, and condominium development and management.
David is committed to delivering quality results by combining decades of experience with a focus on craftsmanship and customer service.​ He takes pride in building long-lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and community partners. His attention to detail, commitment to quality, and passion for building are evident in every project he undertakes. No matter the scale or scope, David is dedicated to delivering exceptional results that stand the test of time.
Heather Droesch

Heather Droesch has worked in new construction and land development since 2002. With a deep understanding of the building process, Heather serves as your dedicated point of contact—from the initial home design to final interior selections—ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience every step of the way.

In addition to her construction expertise, Heather specializes in real estate sales and property management, currently managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Exeter, Newmarket, and Rochester.

Her hands-on approach, industry knowledge, and commitment to client satisfaction make her an essential part of the D.R. Lemieux Builders team.
Leo "Skip" Manseau
Chief Estimator
Project Manager
Skip Manseau began his career in residential construction in 1975, incorporating his first company in 1977 with a mission to build affordable single-family homes throughout New Hampshire’s Seacoast region. He successfully developed multiple subdivisions in Stratham and Newmarket, where homebuyer financing was provided through the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority. His company owned and operated its own heavy machinery, allowing all site work to be completed in-house—a rare and efficient approach at the time.

In 1983, Skip founded a second company focused on land development, expanding into both single-family and multifamily housing. Over the course of his career, he has developed and built more than 600 homes, including approximately 250 condominium units, always with a focus on quality and affordability.

Today, Skip brings his extensive knowledge and decades of experience to our team as an Estimator and Project Manager, playing a key role in overseeing construction operations and ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards.
Steven Bostrom
Project Manager
Superintendent
Steve brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, including 18 years as a Construction Superintendent. His background includes deep expertise in design-build projects, with a strong focus on plan design, site layouts, lot configurations, and on-the-fly plan modifications to meet client and site-specific needs.

Steve’s experience spans a broad range of both commercial and residential construction, allowing him to effectively manage complex builds from the ground up. His hands-on approach, combined with a strong understanding of engineering principles and construction sequencing, makes him an invaluable asset on the job site.
Steve is known for his ability to anticipate challenges before they arise and deliver practical, cost-effective solutions that keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Hunter Adams
Administrator
Leasing Agent
Hunter has built a strong foundation in administrative operations and office management, where his attention to detail and organizational skills have consistently contributed to smooth day-to-day operations. In recent years, he has shifted his focus toward property management, applying his skills to effectively oversee operations and enhance tenant satisfaction.

As a key leasing agent within the company, Hunter plays an integral role in tenant relations, lease administration, and maintaining high occupancy across our residential and commercial portfolio.
His professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer service make him a valuable member of the D.R. Lemieux Builders team.
