Project Overview

Ernie Clark Senior Housing was completed in 2025 and includes  30 one-bedroom units catering to residents 62 years of age and up. This project received subsidy funding of Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) through NH Housing Financing Authority. 

The building amenities include a central elevator, community room, resident service provider, veteran services, on-site clinics at no cost to the residents, and is located within walking distance to Downtown. The property is serviced by town water and sewer.

South Main Development, LLC was the developer of this project. ​

D.R. Lemieux Builders, LLC was the Construction Manager on this project.
