Project Overview

Apple Ridge Apartments is a 102-unit multifamily residential community located on Rochester Hill Road in Rochester, New Hampshire. Developed in three phases, the project provides quality, affordable housing for individuals and families in the Rochester community.

The development consists of three residential buildings, each containing 34 one- and two-bedroom apartments. Designed with resident comfort and accessibility in mind, the buildings feature elevators, on-site laundry facilities, community rooms, and access to an on-site resident services coordinator.

The project received Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) funding through the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, supporting the development of much-needed affordable housing in the region.

McIntosh Development, LLC served as the project developer, with D.R. Lemieux Builders, LLC providing construction management services throughout the development.
